The Customer Comes Last

Hopefully you are open-mouthed at this point!  Obviously, you know this to be a lie, but judging the way many businesses treat their customers, there seems to be a lot of bull that needs to be busted.  Though we may complain most bitterly about how large companies treat us, bad customer service can trickle down.
